'Let's Meditate' at the museum

Every Thursday through July 27 at the Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art, a trained Cornell Health “Let’s Meditate” program guide will lead participants through a half-hour of exercises designed to focus on the breath and quiet the mind. Participants typically sit quietly with their eyes closed throughout each session, 12:15-12:45 p.m.

Drop-in for one session or attend them all. No reservation required, free and open to all. Weather permitting, sessions will take place on the Mallin Sculpture Court underneath “Cosmos.” Bring your lunch if you wish to eat in the Morgan Japanese Garden afterward.
