Did you know? The Gannett Pharmacy serves staff and faculty, too

Gannett Pharmacy staff

If you need a prescription filled, over-the-counter supplies or advice from a pharmacist … no need to go off campus. The Gannett Pharmacy on Ho Plaza serves the whole campus community, including faculty, staff, family members and visitors.

Gannett’s full-service pharmacy fills prescriptions from both Gannett and non-Cornell health care providers. If the pharmacy doesn’t have a prescribed medication in stock, they can order it and typically have it within one business day.

Cornell and county United Way campaigns top goals

Thanks to thousands of generous donations from staff and faculty members, Cornell’s 2014 United Way Campaign raised a total of $815,152, exceeding its goal of $815,000.

The donations will help the United Way of Tompkins County (UWTC) meet urgent health and human services needs in the community, including providing hunger and food security assistance, child care and early learning programs, advocacy for at-risk youth, support for seniors, prescription drug assistance and other programs that help people establish financial stability and build self-sufficiency.
