'Let's Meditate' at the museum

Every Thursday through July 27 at the Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art, a trained Cornell Health “Let’s Meditate” program guide will lead participants through a half-hour of exercises designed to focus on the breath and quiet the mind. Participants typically sit quietly with their eyes closed throughout each session, 12:15-12:45 p.m.
